The American Management Association offers 10 self-study management certificates:

  • Customer Satisfaction Management
  • Quality Improvement Management
  • General Management
  • Manufacturing Management
  • Sales And Marketing Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Finance And Accounting Management
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Business Communications Management
Each certificate requires 10 units, which is 5 or 6 classes. The cost is $390 for the classes and certificate. You can also take classes individually without certification for $80-$90 each. If you use code TOOLS when you order the class, you will receive a 5% discount.
